From our whānau of Muāupoko Tribal Authority, we would like to let you know we are thinking about you all at this time and extend our warm greetings to everyone this long weekend of Easter.   We extend our aroha and condolences rangatira and  whānau who have passed during this lockdown period, and pray for strength for whānau as they grieve their loss in this time of restriction.

We also hope that,  in this unusual times we are in that you all stay safe and create memories with your whānau this weekend.   Please remember to stay and celebrate Easter in your bubbles, and if you are doing anything creative please share with us what you are doing.

Easter is a special time to remember the sacrifices and freedoms we are usually enjoy on this long weekend, so that we may have many more celebrations to come. Take this time to reflect, spend time with our whānau, get those jobs done around the house. If you want you can also take time to say a karakia or a gratitude.
