health1There are many definitions of Rongoā from traditional Māori medicine using plants to using it for spiritual healing. Some believe Rongoā was about how we spoke to each other, how we lived and interacted with each other everyday.

Te Tihi o Ruahine is excited to bring you the Winter Rongoā Workshop Series featuring some amazing practitioners who will share their own stories, offer insights and thoughts about their experience with ‘Rongoā’ and offer tools to support holistic well being.

ALL workshops will run on Monday 4.30pm-6pm except Saturday August 13th will be 10.30-12.30pm.

Workshop 5: Monday 15th August. Where: Mana Tamariki, 165 Grey St, Palmerston North: Kawakawa Pani making – Kim Savage & Waimārama Freeman

Workshop 6: Monday 22nd August Where: Adecco Building, Health on Main, 575 Main Street, P.N: Healing your issues with Money – Te Rina Warren

There will be a series of six workshops and whānau can opt in to one or all six.
