Entries are now open for the 2017 Prime Minister’s Business Scholarships, which offer New Zealand’s managers and executives the opportunity to improve their skills at the world’s best business schools.

This is your chance to attend an international business school and bring your knowledge back to your businesses and New Zealand. These scholarships enable business people to develop their management and international business leadership skills.

Applications for the scholarships close at noon on 28 April 2017.

The Prime Minister’s Business Scholarships

Starting Monday, 13 March 2017, applications will be open for seven weeks closing at 12 noon Friday (NZST), 28 April 2017.

The Prime Minister’s Business Scholarships are for managers and executives of internationalizing companies to study at world-class business schools. The scholarships are designed to improve the international competitiveness of businesses by providing access to top international business programmes unavailable in New Zealand.

This is the eighth application round for the Prime Minister’s Business Scholarships and they apply to courses that start between August 2017 and the end of October 2018.

The value of an individual scholarship is between NZD $4,000 and $110,000 depending on the course. Approved scholarship funding covers costs up to a cap of 50 per cent of incurred core expenses. The applicant or nominating company must pay the balance.
