Tēnā koe,

We just  wanted to touch base regarding our regional advisory clinics now that we have resumed our work back in the office and our team has received directions for services through COVID-19.

As per direction from our leadership team, we are unfortunately suspending this service for what looks like to be the remainder of the year due to COVID-19. This decision has been guided by the Ministry Of Health guidelines and has been made with the highest consideration of safety for both client and staff. However, our leadership team is actively reviewing this service as the current health climate is evolving. We understand that this may cause an inconvenience for our clients and we have made alternative options to assess their enquiries remotely.

We are now offering advisory appointments remotely via Zoom conferencing where requested and also maintain our phone services. We have extended this service to include our trustee training workshops.

It’s good to note that, our office hours have resumed as of last week and we are able to offer restricted services to land owners through Alert Level 2.

If you receive any enquiries in relation to our advisory clinics, please forward them through to our main line: (06) 349 0770 or email mlcaotea@justice.govt.nz where we are able to assist them from there.

We thank you for your continued support for our regional services and hope to be back soon.

Naku noa nā,

Michaela Martin
