New tree planting subsidies released today

Today the Government released important new subsidies for planting native and exotic trees.

Indigenous natural regeneration

(for example, retiring land and managing it to naturally return back to trees)

Exotic

(for example, planting eucalypts, redwoods, or Pinus radiata)

Planting partnership options were also announced today.  Partnerships can apply for funding for labour or workforce development, advice and support, tree planting, science and innovation and seedling production.
