There are many definitions of Rongoā from traditional Māori medicine using plants to using it for spiritual healing. Some believe Rongoā was about how we spoke to each other, how we lived and interacted with each other everyday.
Te Tihi o Ruahine is excited to bring you the Winter Rongoā Workshop Series featuring some amazing practitioners who will share their own stories, offer insights and thoughts about their experience with ‘Rongoā’ and offer tools to support holistic well being.
